Applications will be processed as quickly as possible once all the required information has been submitted.

Applicants will be notified of our decision either by email or phone.  Reasons for denial will be provided.

If the SCAF board votes to fund an application, a check will be issued to the veterinarian providing the medical care. An individual may be reimbursed directly for medical treatment expenditures already paid. (Receipts required).

If approved, donated funds will be limited to a maximum of $500.00 for each case.
